Kaya Hotel - Istanbul

One of the best things about this hotel is its location near the tram. It makes it so convenient for getting around and exploring the Sultanahmet area of the city. With easy connections and affordable fares, it's a great way to travel.

While everything was great, the hotel could improve on its breakfast options.

A bus stop in the vicinity was a bonus. The views were NICE from the window. We totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul.

Conveniently close to the blue mosque and other popular sites 🕌. We felt it was more of a 3-star place. Took us about 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

Plus, the prices here are fantastic considering the value you get. You really get your money's worth. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Finally, I must highlight the breakfast - a surprisingly delightful start to the day.

Everything was absolutely fine.

We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of food options nearby, ranging from traditional to modern cuisine. the hotel provides free Wi-Fi to its guests, which was very helpful for us to stay connected while on vacation.

The room we stayed in was not well-maintained, with old furniture and a stale smell. The bathroom was also not very clean, with several stains on the bathtub and sink.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms which were clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel was its location, which was easily accessible to nearby public transportation and key tourist attractions. the staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

the noise from the busy street could be heard from the room, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The staff, especially the housekeeper ladies, front desk managers, and morning bellman, were great.
